More small edits for lispref/os.texi

* doc/lispref/os.texi (Killing Emacs): Copyedits.
(Suspending Emacs): Copyedits.  Mention not very relevant with GUIs.
Shorten the example, use more standard shell prompts.

* lisp/files.el (save-buffers-kill-emacs): Doc fix.
